Program Overview

As the country begins to exit the COVID-19 quarantine, there will be a great need to focus on rebuilding the economy. Among the first elements that will need to be looked at will be the hiring/re-hiring of the employees who were put on temporary or permanent suspension from the companies they were employed with. This will need to start with a review/revamp of the organization structure and how it will support

The Human Capital Management in the New Normal Online Program will provide a forum sharing for and building on others’ Ideas as we try to return to what is often referred to as “the new normal”

  • Been able to consider the possible alternatives to restructuring the organization
