Program Overview

This course is designed to provide young and senior lawyers with a comprehensive understanding of the legal problem-solving process using innovative and interdisciplinary approaches. The course will cover the basics of legal problem-solving techniques, including design thinking and systems thinking, which are critical to addressing complex legal issues that businesses face today.

In the process of learning about different techniques, lawyers will also learn new ways of identifying and analyzing legal problems, including using new technology to simplify these tasks. In addition, legal professionals will be exposed to new ways of delivering legal services given the dynamic legal environment and the developments in technology that influence the legal profession.

Through a combination of interactive sessions, case studies, group discussions, and lectures from subject matter experts, the Course aims to upgrade the legal toolkits of legal professionals who can find new ways of solving their clients’ problems.
