Program Overview

It is almost a cliché to say that we are living in the VUCA world. But the past 3 years have shown us that the environment can, in fact, be VUCA on steroids—a business landscape where everything can change virtually overnight, where technology advances at a speed never seen before, and where customers expect greater convenience and increasingly personalized experiences, as well as more sustainable and socially-responsible business practices. It is now also a landscape where the workforce is shaping up to be a critical consideration as its needs and expectations continue to transform. In this kind of uncertain and ambiguous environment, organizations have to be agile, able to nimbly navigate through the changing landscape so that they can not only survive but grow. Leaders have a critical role to play—setting and communicating new directions, inspiring and motivating, as they provide stability and clarity to the organization.

The Championing Change: Aligning People and Organization is designed to equip the leader with the concepts and skills they will need to be able to lead change efforts in their organizations.
