Reyes, Eng.D. shares how The Strategic Disaster Risk Management and Leadership Program focuses on resilience leadership and risk governance and is designed to equip executives, managers and technical officers with the skill set, tool set, and mindset in achieving both individual and organizational competence in disaster risk and crisis management.
The Program will enable participants to analyze disaster and crisis settings and evaluate their implications, to design effective risk management strategies and interventions, and to build consensus and manage resources within a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.
